We start with a 90-day initial commitment to ensure we have enough time to implement meaningful changes and see results. This gives us space to identify patterns, test solutions, and build systems.

Investment

Starts at $1,000/month retainer with a 20–25% performance share of revenue I help create. Option to defer part of the fee in early months. No equity, no complexity. Just traction.

Results

Most clients see significant operational improvements within the first month and revenue gains within 60-90 days. Our partnership is designed to create sustainable systems, not quick fixes.

About Me

I'm Brian Adoff—a founder, operator, and creative problem-solver with over 15 years of experience running small businesses. I've sold enterprise software, built service companies from scratch, and helped dozens of entrepreneurs clarify their offers, clean up their operations, and get out of their own way.

I'm equal parts strategic and scrappy. If you need someone who can see the big picture and fix the broken invoice template, that's me.
